Delayed or Lost Packages

Once an order has been shipped, Shugga Britches Boutique is not responsible for delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, or other circumstances beyond our control. Incorrect Shipping Information

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate before placing your order. Shugga Britches Boutique is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer. Additional shipping charges may apply if a package is returned and needs to be reshipped.

Damaged Items

If your order arrives damaged, please contact us within 5 days of delivery and include your order number along with photos of the damaged item(s) and packaging. We will work with you to resolve the issue as quickly as possible.
